I just wanted to write you and tell you how much help you and your guys were to our family. It was late Friday night everything was already closed including your shop.
We had blown out a trailer tire and were very concerned about leaving our machines on the trailer and off the shoulder of the highway. Your shop truely saved us........
Thank you so much for your kindness. You didn't have to trust us or even help us but your shop did. It was an answer to our prayers as were traveling with young children. This may have been a little thing to you guys, but it truely mean't the world to our family. You ordered us a new tire and in the mean time you loaned us your used tire until our new tire arrived just a few days later. "after 56,000 miles,our 2007 Goldwing required "major" repairs,for a Goldwing. The left headlight bulb burnt out and riding this area in the dark on one light isn't the best. The headlight was changed and we were bach on the wonderful roads in the area. We have been in every state, province inNorth America and this was the second time that we required service. The other was a flat tire in Fort Myers in 2007. Thanks for the assistance

"On a road trip through Moab (on a Monday!) needed a tool to tighten a windshield bolt on my BMW before I could continue on to SLC. (Didnt have the exact right tool in my kit) These guys/gals are fantastic! She opened her shop to me and treated us like family - we are very appreciative, thanks again for your wonderful help and hospitality. "My girlfriend's car had a flat tire and we needed a new one so we took our car to a shop next to Moab Power Sports to have it repaired. The shop had the worst customer service and incompetent employees I have ever encountered in any business. Luckily my girlfriend had the great idea to go to Moab Power Sports and ask for some help. Danny and Justin were over in a flash to fix the mess this other shop had made out of our car. The great guys from Moab Power Sports spent an extra hour and a half after closing to make sure our car was in good working order and we had a road worthy tire. Thank you so much! I would recommend Moab Power Sports to anybody looking to go on a desert adventure, purchase a motorcycle/ ATV or get some information about Moab. The customer service is second to none and the great folks at Moab Power Sports saved our vacation. Thanks again! "

"On a recent trip to Moab I experianced a problem with my electrical system, Mike and Doricca took the time to call the surrounding business to locate the part I needed even though they were out of stock with the item. Customer service like that is hard to find,if you are planning a trip or just passing thru take the time to visit the shop you will have a pleasent experience."

"The staff at Moab Power Sports recently serviced my ATV, and have in the past sold me numerous accessories as well. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. They went above and beyond their duty when they drove to my home away from in Moab Utah to pick up my machine, then actually took it to the car wash after servicing, and then RETURNED it to my front door! How's that for service? They are a great group of people and it is always a pleasure doing business with them, as I am 100% confident the job will always get done right! "Believe the hype. Moab Powersports is a top notch shop! My back tire popped riding Porcupine 4x4 and I thought my day was over. Thanks to MPS taking care of a walk in I was back on the trail in about an hour! Mike, the shop manager, also took the time to show me what trails around the area are a good ride. The showroom is unique too. If you're visiting Moab and are a motor sports enthusiast of any sort stop by you will appreciate their facility. If you need a repair you couldn't hope for better service. "

"I spent the month of June riding my WeeStrom from Vermont to SoCal and return. Along the way, the cush drive in the rear wheel wore out. It was comforting to have your mechanic take the bike in, with no appointment and no notice, and confirm that there were no other problems, and that it would be OK to continue on to CA. I did exactly that, had it replaced there, and rode back to VT. Thanks again for your great service ! Paul Bladyka."

"These guys saved my trip. I arrived in town and my Honda dirt bike would not run,(No "shoulda bought a Yamaha comments" please.) After being treated like an outsider at another shop I went to these guys and they totally hooked me up. Their mechanic is a stud and got my bike up and running in no time. Not to bore anyone with the details but this was not just a new spark plug and go repair.
Anyone who has traveled hundreds of miles for a vacation and experiences a breakdown knows what a negative effect this has on your trip. My trip was over until these guys took care of me. Due to their outstanding service I was able to get some riding in and have a great trip. Don't waste your time somewhere else, go here first."

"Ok, imagine six Canadians showing up at the dealership at 3pm with five tires to be changed and the shop closing at 5pm (we have new extended hours). The showroom is packed with customers. And then, get the owner to take care of your tires after hours because he knows that we need to get the tires changed that night because we're leaving back home in the morning. Amazing service! We all agreed among us, that we have never received such service back home. Ever. Period. No BS.
Thanks Mike, and sorry we couldn't sneak in a ride with you fellas. Next time, and there will definitely be a next time. :)
